About this tool
This Dutch pay calculator splits a group bill fairly. In equal mode, each person pays total / people, rounded up to 1, 10 or 100 won so that everyone can pay with real money; for 120,000 won among 5 people rounded up to 100 won, each pays 24,000 won. When the rounding collects more than the bill, the extra amount is shown. In custom mode, shared items such as food are split among everyone, drinks are split only among the people who drank, and each person can have an extra amount for their own orders. For example, 100,000 won of food and 30,000 won of drinks among 4 people with 2 drinkers gives 25,000 won each for food plus 15,000 won more for each drinker, so drinkers pay 40,000 won and the others 25,000 won. You can copy the result or share a link. Names are kept only in the part of the link after the # sign, which is never sent to a server, but please use nicknames instead of real names. Amounts are estimates for settling among friends.
How to use
- Choose split equally or custom split.
- Enter the amounts and the number of people, or add each person with a nickname.
- Tick who drank and add extra amounts for individual orders (custom mode).
- Copy the result or share the link with the group.
