About this tool
This percent calculator covers the four questions people ask most. B% of A is A x B / 100, so 15% of 200 is 30. A is what percent of B is A / B x 100, so 30 out of 200 is 15%. The percent change from a before value to an after value is (after - before) / before x 100, so going from 80,000 to 100,000 is an increase of 25%. The discount tab takes a list price and a discount rate and returns the discount amount and final price; for 50,000 won at 20% off the price is 40,000 won. If you add an extra coupon, it applies to the already discounted price, so 20% off and then 10% off is a total of 28% off and a final price of 36,000 won, not 30% off. Amounts in the discount tab are rounded to the won. Results are for reference; shops may round or apply coupons in a different order, and the calculator is not financial advice.
