Text copied from a PDF, an email or a web page often arrives with broken line breaks, double spaces and stray symbols.
This cleaner turns that mess into tidy text in one step: remove line breaks while keeping paragraphs, collapse extra spaces, and trim every line.
You can also change letter case, remove duplicate lines, sort or number a list, add a prefix or suffix to each line, and run a plain-text or regex find and replace.
It handles Korean text too, including full-width spaces, spacing removal and emoji clean-up, which is handy for résumés and school assignments.
Everything happens in your browser, your original stays untouched so you can undo, and nothing is uploaded.
How to use
- Paste your text into the Original box.
- Tick the options you need (line breaks, spaces, case, lines, find and replace); the result updates automatically.
- Check the before and after counts, then press Copy result, or Undo to go back.
