About this tool
This online dice roller is a quick stand-in when you have lost the dice from a board game or just need a fair random answer.
Choose how many dice to roll, from one to six, and pick the number of sides: the classic six-sided die, or the four, eight, ten, twelve and twenty-sided dice used in tabletop role-playing games.
The total appears right after a short roll animation, and your last ten results stay on screen so everyone at the table can check them.
The Coin flip tab gives you heads or tails for quick decisions, such as who goes first, who picks the movie, or who does the dishes.
Random numbers come from your browser's secure generator, and the tool re-draws any value that would favor some faces over others, so every side has the same chance.
Results are kept only in memory and disappear when you close the page. This is meant for games, turn order and small everyday choices, and no data leaves your device.
How to use
- Pick Dice or Coin flip.
- For dice, choose how many dice (1-6) and how many sides.
- Tap Roll or Flip and read the result; your last 10 results are listed below.
- Use the share button to send the result to friends.
