About this tool

This line break remover strips the Enter characters from text you pasted so it becomes one clean line.

It is useful when a PDF, an email or a chat message arrives with a hard break at the end of every row, or when a form field only accepts a single line. Choose one of four modes.

Replace with a space joins the lines and keeps words apart. Delete joins them with nothing in between, which suits Korean or Japanese text and long codes.

Remove only blank lines keeps your line structure but drops the empty rows. Keep paragraphs joins the lines inside each paragraph and leaves one empty row between paragraphs.

How do I take the line breaks out of text copied from a PDF? Paste it, pick Replace with a space, and copy the result. Will my text be saved? No. Everything runs inside this browser tab and is never uploaded or stored.

For example, three lines Hello, big, world become Hello big world. For case changes, sorting or find and replace, use the full text cleaner.

How to use

  1. Paste your text into the Original box.
  2. Pick a mode: space, delete, blank lines only, or keep paragraphs.
  3. Check the character and line counts in the result.
  4. Press Copy result and paste it where you need it.
