About this tool
A lorem ipsum generator (also called a dummy text or placeholder text generator) fills a layout with filler words so you can judge fonts, spacing and line length before the real copy exists.
Choose the unit first: paragraphs, sentences or words, then type how many you need, from 1 to 50. Pick Latin-style text for the classic look, or Korean dummy text if you want to test how Hangul wraps in your design.
The Latin-style option can start with the traditional opening line, Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, which many designers expect to see.
Press Generate again for a new mix, and the Copy button puts the whole result on your clipboard. For example, 3 paragraphs gives roughly 9 to 18 sentences, enough to fill a blog card or a landing page section.
What is lorem ipsum used for? It stands in for real writing, so viewers look at the design instead of reading the sentences. Is the Korean text meaningful? No.
The sentences are original filler written for this tool, only to show how Korean line breaks and spacing look.
